Software Built from the Cab,
Not the Boardroom.
TrashDay was born after 10 years in the waste industry and years in tech. We aim to make haulers and their customers happy.

I Spent 10 Years on the Route.
Before I wrote a single line of code, I spent a decade in the trash industry. I drove the trucks. I ran the routes. I dealt with the missed pickups, the angry phone calls, and the hours of wasted time.
The Pivot:
When I moved into the world of Technology, I looked back at the waste industry and saw a massive gap. The big companies had expensive, complex software. The independent haulers were stuck with spreadsheets and phone calls.
The Tool I Wish I Had.
I built TrashDay to be the operating system for the independent hauler. It combines the operational grit of the waste industry with the automation of modern tech. No complex enterprise features—just the tools you need to silence your phone and get paid.
What Drives Us
Driver First.
We don't build features that look cool. We build features that save drivers time.
Keep It Simple.
If you need an IT degree to use it, we failed. Our software works for the worker behind the wheel and the worker behind the desk.
Independent Haulers First.
We build for the family-owned fleets and the local startups.
